WIPING DOWN THE TAPE IN THE OFF-ANGLES
For best results, when taping, wipe down the tape using a rubber coving tool and let dry. This will give the off-angle a "head start" which reduces shrinkage when coated with the Off-Angle Head. ™

HOW TO COVE AN OFF-ANGLE
Starting at the top, tap the Off-Angle Head's "horns" against the ceiling, press the tool into the corner and draw it down the off-angle. Just before reaching the end, allow the brake to press against the nose cone of the angle box and lift the tool in a sweeping arc.

COVING A COFFERED CEILING
Start at one corner and draw the tool into the opposite corner, or stop a foot or two away from the opposite corner and run the off-angle back until you reach the point where the tool left off.

COMPLETING A COFFERED CEILING
With a quick sweeping motion, pull the tool off the angle and try to leave as little a lap mark as possable. Run the legs and "pull" the corners with a pan and flexible tool.

OFF-ANGLES EASLEY REACHED FROM THE FLOOR
No need to find something to stand on to reach off-angle. You can forget about dragging around a ladder, bench, box or stilts or scaffold.

HIGH WORK
High walls and ceilings can be reached from the floor eliminating scaffolds. You won't believe how fast this tool can do its job.

COVES EXTREMELY OPEN ANGLES WITH EASE

For extremely open off-angles, say one of 160 degrees or so, screw the thumb nut down the shaft until it rests tightly against the tension bar. Now coat the off-angle.
